question?
Is Jalil Anibaba signed with generation addias?
If not, what is the major difference in the players that are signed and arnt. This there a chance he leaves to go play abroad sooner then say somthing signed through generation addias?
Kchance
I don’t think Jalil is Gen. Adidas. I believe the main difference between players that are and players that aren’t are salary cap related. Gen. Adidas players don’t count against the cap, regardless of what you pay them. So Bone and Johnson don’t count against us right now. However, when their Gen. Adidas deals are up, then they begin to count against the cap. So it’s definitely beneficial to sign Gen. Adidas players when you can because they don’t count against you.
In fact, this is the first time in at least a couple of years that the Fire didn’t draft at least 1 Gen. Adidas player.
