Chicago Fire vs. Philadelphia Union - MLS #10: Game Thread - 7:00 PM CST on Galavision
The combined winless streak for the Chicago Fire and the Philadelphia Union is 10 games: seven games for Chicago, three for Philadelphia. Both teams enter the game hungry to taste victory again. The Union are desperate to score more than one goal in a game for the first time this year. The Fire will look to become the second team to score two or more goals on Philadelphia after FC Dallas beat Philly 2-0 last week. Actually, the Fire would just take one goal if it means three points. These are the main story lines entering tonight's game. CDLC gives Anibaba and Puerari a rest. With the USOC game on Tuesday, makes a lot of sense.
My guess is we’ll see a lineup of Johnson; Anibaba, Cuesta, Robinson, Pantzapoulos; Pause; Ristic, Barouch, Puerari, Paul; Nazarit.
If Segares picks up a yellow card tonight, I could see him starting Tuesday. They could be saving Mikulic for Tuesday too. Would be a big upgrade over Robinson or a fatigued Cuesta.

I am calling 1-0 Fire
Nazarit comes in late, and we actually score a goal on a corner kick. He is gonna tuck a header into the upper corner of the net.

Fire Fall 1-2
Oduro finds the net, but Farfan and Ruiz finish the job for Philly. Paladini picked up yet another yellow and is one away from suspension.
Ughh
Where do I start? We showed good heart to tie the game at 1, but I am still trying to understand that second goal. And CDLC with his horrible sub mismanagement is just brutal. Not a good night.
