Dominic Oduro gets a chance to live his dream.

You may remember that the Accra, Ghana native has expressed a desire to play for the Ghanian national team. He said that while it would be hard to turn down a call-up to the US National Team, he had always wanted to represent his homeland. He honors Ghana by wearing a Ghana themed wristband for games and has developed a friendship with his countryman Patrick Nyarko.

Oduro will get his chance February 29th, when Ghana takes on Chile in an international friendly in Philadelphia. Oduro's spectacular comeback season last year earned Ghana's attention and he has earned a callup to Ghana's senior national team for the game Wednesday. Congratulations Dominic.
