It looks like the Chicago Fire's preseason trialist known only as "Alex" may not be out of the picture after all. A report out of Switzerland states that Brazilian attacking midfielder Alex de Lima has signed a loan agreement with the Fire. De Lima, of Swiss 2nd division club F.C. Wohlen, has reportedly agreed to a six month loan with an option to extend for three years. The loan spell would begin when the Swiss season ends in May.
