Cesar Augusto Londono is saying that Rafael Robayo is ready for his old Colombian club Millonarios and is returning from the Chicago Fire. Londono is a long-time journalist with a lot of followers so this could be the first announcement of Robayo's departure. We'll keep you posted if anything else comes in.
