As expected, Marco Pappa has come out and confirmed his time in MLS is nearing an end. Although this article speculates Marco is more likely to be sold yet this summer, things have been pretty quiet on that front in recent days. I think the most likely move is the rumored pre-contract he is reported to have signed with Wigan. I hope he does stay with us for the rest of they year to help us make a deep playoff push. Marco clearly has dreams of Europe and if he gets that opportunity it is something that he should take. A few goals down the stretch for the Men in Red would be a welcome sight though given our recent offensive struggles.
