Well, it's finally official. Rafael Robayo is being loaned back to the club he came to the Fire from, Millonarios. He was never able to cut it in MLS, and his constant disparaging of the league and his lack of desire when he did play made him a target for fan discontent. This move also hopefully opens up the door for another signing before the window closes.
