It's been far too long since the Fire last played a soccer match. Given the fact it was a disappointing loss to DC United, that has made the wait even worse. The Fire are back in action tonight with a lot on the line. Houston is a big, physical team, and the Men in Red will have to battle it out to get 3 points tonight. Fortunately, the Men in Red are playing at Toyota Park, which has been a fortress against Eastern Conference teams.

Depending on tonight's result, the Fire could end up anywhere from 3rd to 6th. 3 points would be massive but we need at least 1 point at the very least. Being outside of the playoff window looking in heading into the final handful of games is not where I want to be. It is going to take a full team effort tonight but I have a good feeling about this game.

As usual, lineups will be posted when announced. Please join us tonight to help cheer on our Men in Red. I am going to pick a 2-1 Fire win. Mackie and Rolfe with the goals for the Men in Red. Garcia netting for the Dynamo. Let's get all 3 points tonight boys!
