Draft day is finally here!

After rampant rumors and speculation, we will finally find out what the Chicago Fire will do with the No. 1 overall pick. The Men in Red will also select at No. 33, No. 57 and No. 62. Fans can tune into the draft at noon central time by watching the live stream here.

After heading into the draft as the consensus favorite, Georgetown defender Joshua Yaro has faced more scrutiny over his size and optimal position as the draft draws near. While the Fire need defensive help, general manager Nelson Rodriguez has hinted at finding strong reinforcements at centerback from Europe, putting a Yaro selection in jeopardy.

As Yaro's stock has slightly slipped, midfielder Jack Harrison has generated more buzz with his dynamic play and left back Brandon Vincent garnered even more attention after a surprising national team call-up. All three could be in play for the Fire or a trade.

Speculation has increased that the Fire will indeed trade the top overall pick for a combination of a player and picks.

We will do our best throughout the day to keep you up to date with rumors and news coming from the Chicago Fire on this important draft day.
