The Fourth Round draw for the U.S. Open Cup took place Thursday at the Soccer House in Chicago.
This stage of the tournament is when MLS sides are added into the pool, and comes before the majority of third round matches— giving teams something to play for.
The Fire were drawn against the winner of a third round tie between the Michigan Bucks of the PDL and Saint Louis FC of the USL, and will travel to their opponent, whoever that may be, for the match.

The Michigan Bucks defeated NPSL side AFC Ann Arbor in the first round of the tournament 1-0, and knocked off NASL’s Spring Champions Indy Eleven 1-0 in the second round.
St. Louic FC—the former USL affiliate of the Fire—defeated FC Wichita in an intense, high-scoring affair 4-3, with the game going into extra time. It was a thrilling match, and the team from the American second division survived a scare from their non-league foe.
The match between the Michigan Bucks and Saint Louis FC will take place on May 31.
We’ll have our Second Round recap for you tomorrow afternoon.
