NYCFC 2, Fire 1: Man of the Match

Chicago couldn’t get the job done on the road, but that doesn’t mean there weren’t some good performances

MLS: Chicago Fire at New York City FC Noah K. Murray-USA TODAY Sports

David Accam found a way to get them within one, but it wasn’t enough. One player stood out above the rest of the Fire today, and that man is Arturo Alvarez. He was dangerous nearly every time he touched the ball, and almost scored on numerous occasions.
