Corrales started 24 of 25 matches for the Roughnecks and tallied his first goal during a match against Saint Louis FC on August 10th. The defender is signed through the 2018 season with club options for 2019 and 2020.
As part of Major League Soccer roster guidelines, Corrales will remain with Tulsa on loan and can be called up at anytime to the Men in Red.
General Manager Nelson Rodriguez appreciates a player like Corrales. “We were impressed by his play with Tulsa and in training with us. This signing is also credit to the competitive environment of the Roughnecks,” Rodriguez said.
The Cuban international has 34 caps for his county and most recently appeared against the United States in the 2015 Gold Cup.
