Fire vs Galaxy Is Sold Out

This weekend’s clash between Basti and Zlatan is kind of a big deal

If you didn’t have tickets for this Saturday’s epic clash between the Chicago Fire and the LA Galaxy, you’re likely out of luck. (Unless you want to spend way too much money on StubHub or whatever.)

The club announced earlier today that the game is Sold Out.

Saturday’s game will feature two of Major League Soccer’s biggest imported stars: the Fire’s own Bastian Schweinsteiger and the Galaxy’s recent blockbuster signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic. So, you know, no big deal or anything.

The Fire are encouraging fans to arrive early, noting that gates will open at 1:30pm (an hour before kickoff) while the parking lot will open at 11:30am.

Fans without tickets will be able to watch the game on Univision Deportes (one of a handful of nationally televised games featuring the Fire this season) and streaming on Twitter. WRTO 1200am will also carry the Spanish-language radio broadcast of the game.
