The 2020 Chicago Fire will return to Soldier Field this season wearing clean, blue primary jerseys.
The club released a teaser video showing small sections of the new jersey. It’s blue, with red trim. It does not appear to have the large, draping retro adidas stripes that are appearing on most of the other leaked MLS jerseys this season.

FootyHeadlines.com had previously reported the home jerseys would be “scarlet,” which we now know isn’t the case.
The team will have 2013 MLS MVP Mike Magee on hand to model the kit when all the jerseys are officially unveiled on February 5. This jersey appears to somewhat resemble the blue 2014 away shirt Magee wore when he played in Chicago.
The shirt will be available for presale immediately after the official unveiling. And, in a cool move for gamers, all the new MLS jerseys will be available to use in EA Sports FIFA 20 on February 5 as well.
