After turning pro, Chicago Fire midfielder Micheal Azira did something huge for his family in Uganda

When Chicago Fire FC midfielder Micheal Azira first made it as a professional player in Major League Soccer, he knew he had to do something to help his family back in Uganda.

So, he did something huge: he built his mom a house.

“I was able to do this for my family, and it gives me something to be thankful for, to play in the league,” Azira said.

Azira is a guest on an upcoming episode of “The Cooligans,” which airs every Tuesday and Thursday at 7 p.m. CT on fubo Sports Network. During the interview, Azira also talked to Alexis and Christian about his new foundation that’s helping children in Uganda.
