On a day like today, it’s hard to pick a Man of the Match. The Fire got beat and some ugly truths were brought into the light. With that being said, the Fire did have a “Best Player” on the field, and it was Boris Sekulic. He held down the right side pretty well and came out on top in his battle with Chicago Fire academy product Andrew Gutman. Because of that, Sekulic wins his first MotM award of the year.
